You hire a coach when and only when you are DONE with your own B.S.
I am the most stubborn person I know and I have a need to prove myself... or at least I did. I did that with everything. And my life was a disaster to prove how well this was going. My marriage fell apart. My relationships after that carried on the second patterns I had in my marriage that were freaking annoying.
My bank account had the same amount of money in it for 15 years no matter if I was working or traveling. And even though I was in good health and had no real problem with staying fit, I had no confidence in my appearance (I probably wouldn't be going to your pool party.)
At 39 I looked over all of this and decided the only way I was going to get out of software engineering (which I hated!) Was to invest in the only bank that would give me the ROI I needed...
But, I needed to believe in myself. Kind of. At least enough to invest in myself...
The second thing I learned...
It's your responsibility (thank God). That means YOU are responsible for your own results. So... Why hire the coach? Because they know the way. They can guide you. They can keep you out of the danger... Self-doubt, sabotaging yourself, finding roadblocks, etc...
And keep you on track which means more free time during the day.
The most coaches I had at one time was 6, which may sound like a lot but they were all for different things. I'd check in with each coach either daily or weekly... Do my work and then have most of the day to myself.
And when I didn't have a coach? Endless hours of planning, second guessing, redoing the plan because things weren't working after two days, constantly overworking, giving up my relationship, my friends and my free time...
Waiting to be happy until... Is never going to happen.
Third thing I learned...
You will never 'get there' and there's no bus back home.
Now I'm not saying you won't get results. You will.
But you'll never stop growing...
Everything is the journey.
So enjoy it.
It's all you have... Is now.
Relax into the journey...
There's nothing else.
And there's no return ticket.
For a long time, Nichole was following the American Dream. She had the house, the husband, the car, and the career – but she was miserable.
But she stayed for 12 years. It wasn’t until after her mom passed away at only 47 that she realized life was short. She got a divorce and traveled for the next 10 years, and even got to the point where she was homeless and eating out of dumpsters.
She came back, rebuilt her life on her terms.
Nichole works with 6 and 7 figure earners who are successful, yet struggling with stress, anxiety and overwhelm and inside they feel like they are barely holding it together. Nichole flips a switch inside of them to help them break through in business, bring back the passion in their relationships, and gives them energy to be able to keep going instead of burning out
